We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to help organize client plans, schedules, and itinerary information in a remote environment.
As a Client Itinerary Specialist, you'll help bring multiple details together into one clear, organized plan. This may include accommodations, transportation, activities, reservation timing, confirmations, and client preferences.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Gather client preferences, dates, and planning details
- Organize itinerary information into a clear format
- Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
- Track schedules, timing, and important updates
- Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Assist with itinerary changes or adjustments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Follow up on missing details or pending items
- Help ensure plans remain organized from start to finish
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with email and online systems
- Comfortable researching information
- Adaptable when plans or schedules change
Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, administration, or client coordination can be helpful, but it is not required.
