Client Leisure Associate

Position Overview

We're looking for organized, service-focused individuals to help clients coordinate leisure plans, reservations, and important trip details in a remote environment.

As a Client Leisure Associate, you'll assist clients with researching options, organizing preferences, confirming arrangements, and keeping plans on track from the initial request through completion. Depending on the client's needs, this may include accommodations, transportation, activities, scheduling, and itinerary-related details.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and creating a smooth, well-organized client experience.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communicate with clients about preferences, dates, and requests
  • Research and compare available leisure options
  • Assist with reservations and confirmations
  • Coordinate scheduling and important planning details
  • Provide clear updates throughout the process
  • Follow up on pending items or changes
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Support accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements
  • Assist with itinerary details and timing
  • Help manage modifications or special requests
