Global Travel Specialist
Job Description:
Global Travel Specialist
Remote | Flexible Scheduling | Training Provided
Some people are naturally good at taking a lot of moving pieces and turning them into a plan that actually makes sense.
If you enjoy researching options, helping people make decisions, staying organized, and making sure important details don't get overlooked, this may be a role worth exploring.
We're currently expanding our remote team and looking for Global Travel Specialists to support clients with planning, research, reservations, and trip coordination.
You do not need previous industry experience to apply. We provide training, resources, and continued support as you learn the role.
What does a Global Travel Specialist actually do?
A client may come to you knowing exactly where they want to go — or they may only have a rough idea.
Your job is to help turn that starting point into an organized plan.
That can mean researching destinations, comparing accommodations, reviewing transportation options, coordinating activities, assisting with reservations, keeping track of confirmations, and helping clients understand what comes next.
You'll also communicate with clients throughout the process, so they aren't left wondering where things stand.
A typical day might include:
- Responding to a new client inquiry
- Learning a client's preferences, dates, and priorities
- Researching destinations and available options
- Comparing accommodations, transportation, or activities
- Organizing reservation and confirmation details
- Following up with clients who need additional information
- Making updates when plans change
- Keeping client records and trip details accurate
- Helping make sure important deadlines or details aren't missed
No two client requests will look exactly the same, so being adaptable and willing to research is important.
You'll probably enjoy this role if...
You're the person who likes having the details handled.
You enjoy researching before making a decision.
You communicate well with different personalities.
You can manage several things without losing track of what still needs to be done.
You're comfortable learning new websites, apps, and online systems.
And most importantly, you're dependable. Clients need someone who will communicate, follow up, and stay involved throughout the process.
Experience is welcome — but not required.
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, administration, reservations, sales, scheduling, or other client-facing work can transfer well into this position.
However, we're more interested in finding individuals who are organized, coachable, professional, and willing to learn.
The Remote Work Structure
This position is completed remotely and offers flexibility in how you organize your schedule.
You'll receive:
Training to help you understand the systems, processes, and responsibilities of the role.
Resources and tools to assist with research, planning, reservations, and client management.
Ongoing support as you build confidence and experience.
Room to grow as you strengthen your knowledge, consistency, and client-service skills.
Because this is a remote position, applicants should be comfortable managing their responsibilities independently and staying consistent without a traditional office environment.
Where We're Currently Accepting Applicants
Applicants must be located in an eligible region, including:
United States | United Kingdom | Mexico | Spain | Australia | Select LATAM regions
What Happens After You Apply?
We review applications to identify candidates who appear to be a strong match for the position.
Selected applicants will receive an invitation to a live interview where we'll explain how the company operates, what the role looks like in practice, training and support, compensation structure, expectations, and the next steps in the process.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions.
